finally -- I went through all of your materials, and, by the way, it is a wonderful site in terms of getting your questions answered and having the back-up documentation right there.  I may encourage my students to walk through it.

This reminds me very much of the intermittent windshield wiper case in which Ford began using a patented invention and proceeded as if the patent owner held nothing and had no rights.  He did triumph eventually and won royalties, but died shortly after.  Not a foreshadowing, but, rather a commentary on how long this process can be!!!  You are at the infant stages.

Why are they so resistant?  Hoping you'll give up, and even if the legal rights were not there, there is a tremendous ethical issue.  Rather than wasting time on it, why don't they just resolve it?

Have you made any headway lately?  And, you are an enormously patient man.
