Mr.
Ferron pointed out to me that I misspoke myself in
my
eMail dated October 27, 2005. Seed IP
has never
represented
me. I was a client of Seed and Berry
LLP.
Some but not all of the partners of Seed and
Berry
LLP
became principals in Seed IP when Seed and Berry
LLP
was dissolved on December 31, 1999.
Further, the
attorneys
at Seed and Berry who represented me have
had
no affiliation with Seed IP.
Additionally, I’m
sure
you’re aware that, the attorney who represented
StairMaster
has no affiliation with Seed IP.
