Mr.
Tamkin:
Thank
you for your reply. Per your eMail, I did not
make a demand, I offered a proposal for an
amicable
resolution.
I
will reiterate; my case will be tried in the Court
of Public Relations. Opening statements will begin
with the launch of http://CommandoDave.net
I intend
on arguing my case against Stairmaster through
the
site to various media outlets. Closing arguments will
commence when my story is picked up by one or more of
those outlets.
Your
offer is more of an insult to a Nautilus, Inc.
brand than it is to me. Keeping that brand protected
from the claims of my case, is a value much
greater
than $2,000 to the company, its shareholders and
former principals.
Otherwise, it is unlikely we would
be at this juncture.
Please
advise your client the offer was rejected by a
counter-offer of containment or damage
control.
Please
confirm receipt. Thank you.
