I previously explained, Nautilus is still interesting in discussing
a resolution of this dispute with you, but is
not willing to waive any
conflicts. That
decision is not going to change and accordingly, there
is no benefit in further exchanges concerning
your request for a
waiver.

you are interested in discussing the merits of the situation, please
let me know or simply respond to my letter of
August 2, 2005.
