  • TFH Publications, Inc. v. Aspen Pet Products, Inc. Successfully opposed motion for preliminary injunction seeking a product recall based on allegations of Lanham Act violations.
  • Coors Brewing Company v. V. Suárez & Company, Inc.  Successfully tried international arbitration representing brewer against distributor in pricing dispute.
  • Virtual Cloud, LLC v. CH2M Hill, Inc.  Successfully opposed motion for preliminary injunction for misappropriation of trade secrets
  • Kroy LLC v. Brother Industries, et al.  Represented patent-holder in complex patent litigation pending in multiple jurisdictions, obtaining a confidential settlement.
  • Broadwing Communications Services, Inc. v. Property Tax Administrator  Successfully first-chaired appellate trial de novo eliminating millions of dollars of tax liability for “dark” fiber-optic cable
  • Rozendorf v. Zephyr Thornton, LLP First-chaired trial concerning breach of real estate contract to successful verdict awarding client specific performance, damages and attorneys’ fees
  • American Mine Service, Inc. v. KJ Hammer Companies, Inc.  First-chaired trial concerning breach of contract obtaining defense verdict and judgment in favor of client on counterclaim
  • In re Mr. Beldon Represented defendant product manufacturer in multi-million dollar products liability matter concerning oil rig explosion in Louisiana, obtaining nominal settlement
  • Stephens v. Park Meadows Mall Represented retail store in shopping mall obtaining settlement in Americans with Disabilities Act litigation
  • Abacus Direct Corporation v. PrivaSeek Defeated Motion for Temporary Restraining Order in Georgia concerning alleged trade secret misappropriation
  • CADIS, Inc. v. D’Angelis Obtained Temporary Restraining Order preventing former employee from working for client’s competitor based on former employee’s threatened misappropriation of trade secrets
  • Safier v. Private Healthcare Systems, Inc.  Obtained a defense verdict in arbitration concerning termination of physician from preferred provider network
  • The Rye Telephone Company v. CommNet Inc.  Obtained directed verdict in favor of defendant concerning partnership dispute over triggering of right of first refusal.
  • Marinoff v. MediaMix, LLC Obtained confidential settlement in dispute between members of a limited liability corporation promoting entertainment projects.
  • Jordan v. Colorado National Bank  Second-chaired four week trial to defense verdict in favor of trustee concerning allegations of breach of fiduciary duty.
