Spoke with Gregg Hammann on the phone. I was surprised when he answered the phone on my second call after Ginger hung up on me during my first.

I identified myself as Commando Dave of Bulzi Marketing Group and he told me I should contact the marketing division.

I explained to him my call was patent infringement related and asked for his eMail address to bring him in the loop on my case.

Mr. Hammann wouldn’t give me his eMail address and told me, “That’s what we have attorneys for.” However did ask me who I was dealing with.

I told Mr. Hammann I was working with Gregory Tamkin of Dorsey & Whitney in Denver, CO. Mr. Hammann wrote the information down, took my phone number and told me he would look into it.
