Mr.
Rondeau:
Thank
you again for your reply.
My
objective is to protect my rights and receive the
remuneration
that my patent allows me.
I
trust you've read the background information that
unequivocally
proves those rights were completely
dismissed
by StairMaster Sports Medical Products,
Inc.;
now Nautilus, Inc, which continues the
violation.
Since
StairMaster was a client of Seed & Berry at the
time
my patent was issued, the "conflict of interest"
should
have resulted in a natural "in-house
settlement"
between clients.
With
the passing of time and the resulting changes,
you
are in the most advantageous position to broker a
fair
deal between Nautilus and myself.
I
believe this can be done without any advice from you
about
Seed & Berry and/or George B. Fox, since I don't
have
a complaint with the work on the patent per se.
I
have considered finding an attorney without your
past
history with Seed & Berry. However
it's that
history
which convinces me you are in the best
position
to expediently facilitate a deal, with a
percentage
going to your firm.
I
trust this makes things clearer so that we may meet
to
discuss this matter further.
Please
confirm receipt. Thank you.
