Dave, unfortunately I am prevented from helping you by the attorney

ethical rules.  Since I am a friend of George Fox and was a partner at

Seed & Berry, I really can't now give advice about your rights that

Stem from the representation of George Fox or Seed & Berry.  I hope you will

understand.  I would have too much of a personal connection with the

people involved.  The rules simply do not leave me any choice in the

matter.  You really need an attorney having no relationship, past or

present, with George Fox or Seed & Berry so you can get independent

advice from an attorney whose advice is certain not to be impacted by

his relationship to the people or subject matter involved.

 

I am sorry that I cannot help you.  There are many patent attorneys in

Seattle that should be able to assist you.  The Washington State Bar

Association or simply the telephone book can give you some names.
