for your email. Part of my problem is
that without looking into
this further I don't really know the full scope
of the potential
conflict issues.
As I indicated, I was a partner at Seed and Berry LLP,
which represented the prior owners of
Stairmaster. Seed and
Seed
IP Law Group PLLC may also have done work for the bankrupt estate.
I
was not involved personally in Stairmaster's work, which was handled
by George Rondeau who
is now at David Wright Termaine.
Should
you be interested in retaining Seed IP Law Group PLLC, I would
need to look further into these issues. My email copied below was
intended to confirm that such a review would be
needed before we could
assist you.
Also, as we discussed by phone, the review might be simplified
by a waiver from the new owners of Stairmaster.
