follows our telephone conversation today.
As I mentioned, because
of my past association with Seed and Berry LLP,
and its representation
of the prior owners of Stairmaster, I would not
be able to consider
representing you without review and
consideration of potential conflict
issues.
Resolving those ssues might be fairly time
consuming and I
couldn't guarantee that I or others here would be
available to help you.
From
that standpoint, should you decide decide you want
the assistance of
an attorney,linking
up with an attorney that doesn't have these issues
may make more sense.
