response from Mr. Tamkin does not denote the
suggestion of a waiver by you to
him, or him to
Nautilus.
Nautilus
may believe it would be inappropriate for you
or your firm to represent me, but that is the
purpose
of the waiver.
I
reiterate, based on the “unique circumstances” of my
matter, I am convinced it is in the best interest
of
all parties (individually and corporately) to
execute
the waiver, conduct the conference call and
bring
things to a close as expeditiously as possible.
Per
Mr. Tamkin’s eMail, it may
benefit us by you
asking him about the problem with the waiver. Please
confirm receipt.
