be advised, the reason Mr. Rondeau determined
he had a conflict was not his association with
your
firm per se, but because he handled the StairMaster
patent portfolio directly.
Based
on the “unique circumstances” of my matter, I am
convinced it is in the best interest of all parties
(individually and corporately) to execute the waiver,
conduct the conference call and bring things to a
close as expeditiously as possible.
