Mr. Tamkin returned my call shortly after my email September 14 email

to you below (it may have been the following Monday). I inquired if his

client would be willing to waive any objections to Seed IP Law Group

assisting you in this matter. He mentioned that he understood that my

former partnerGeorge Rondeau had determined that he had a conflict. He

said he would check with his client and get back to me. I am still

waiting to hear back from Mr. Tamkin. I will follow with him and see

where he is in terms of getting me an answer.
