Seed & Berry Patent/Seed IP Resolution |

Mr.
Ferron:
I
have a patent (US Design Patent Des.400,941) that I
secured
through Seed & Berry in 1998.
Due
to unfortunate, as well as extenuating
circumstances,
I was not kept in the best proprietary
position
by Seed & Berry. However, through
patient
perseverance,
I have repositioned myself.
Recently
I have been put in touch with Lee Osman
(Group
Head, Intellectual Property) of Dorsey &
Whitney
LLP in Denver, CO. Dorsey & Whitney
represents
Nautilus, Inc. (formerly StairMaster Sports
Medical
Products, Inc.) which continues to infringe my
patent,
as StairMaster did before its bankruptcy and
sale. Mr. Osman is reviewing the matter.
Since
your emphasis is on licensing and dispute
resolution,
I would like to discuss my situation with
you.
A briefing is at http://bulzi.net/rackitdoor.html
Please
confirm receipt. Thank you.
