GOIN' ALL IN!: A DOCUMENTARY/VIRTUAL REALITY SHOW...
Revolutionary Product
Click on the above link and on Nautilus.com you'll read, "The leader in cardio stepping introduced StairMaster step mills in 1983 and FreeClimber steppers in 1986. Both are a staple in gyms, clubs and homes around the world. StairMaster was recently recognized as one of USA Today's top 25 innovations that changed our lives." It should read also read, The rack (formerly known as "RackIt") that StairMaster ripped off, has been a staple on both StairMaster step mills and FreeClimber steppers since 1992. And is recognized by users worldwide, as the innovation that changed StairMaster.
The Rules of Engagement
If three US companies had only "owned their own company policies," my story would have ended on a amicable note already and there wouldn't be an acrimonious story to tell now. But StairMaster Sports/Medical Products, Inc. reneged on it's "Company Policy." Rutledge Capital (which owned StairMaster before Nautilus, Inc.) reneged on it's "Company Principles." And so far, Nautilus, Inc. has chosen to overlook its "Code of Ethics." So why aren't these policies as black and white as they are written? Are they written as White and Black policies?
Crazy Cast of Characters
Oprah mentioned my product on her show. Barbara Walters purchased one with a personal check. My product led to a meeting hosted by Magic Johnson in his Bel Air home. Emmitt Smith listened intently to my presentation after his Golf Tournament in Florida. My product took me to soul food with Harold Reynolds, Ali on video and John Rutledge dodging me like I was Cassius Clay. See what I mean by Crazy Cast of Characters? Wait 'til you hear the stories!
Battlefield Backdrop
It's been 11 long years of fighting various executives and attorneys over my patent rights. The paper trail of faxes and eMails that shine the spotlight on the "corporate crime" of patent infringement is compelling, but the "smoking gun documents" are irrefutable. Clicking the above link will bring you up to speed with the history of the case.
Branding the Brand
Nautilus Inc. has agreed to sell some of its StairMaster assets to Fit Dragon International Ltd. for $12.3 million. Nautilus, Inc.'s IP firm hit me with the "doctrine of laches." On GOIN' ALL IN! you'll see I've been persuring my patent infringement case against StairMaster since 1998! StairMaster has just tried to ignore me. And now that StairMaster is in on the move, it's time to "brand my Brand" on it.
Commando Dave Q & A
What's up with the "Commando thing?" How did your product "revolutionize" the cardio exercise machine industry? Why haven't you gotten an attorney? What do you expect to change with your "Show?"
